Sort and organize Tuxedo Shirts. Shirts are hanging on a rack in a closet in the chorus room. They just need to be organized by size and looked over for any major flaws. Requires one person and it should take about 45 minutes. This can be done at your convenience but needs to be done by Wednesday, 10/11, before 10:30 a.m.
Distribute tuxedo shirts to students - Wednesday, October 11th - 10:30-11:15. Help pass out tuxedo shirts to 7th and 8th grade chorus students.
Help with bow ties and cummerbunds - Monday, October 16th - prior to the start of the Fall Band and Chorus Concert - 6:20 in the commons area at MTHS.
Transport instruments to the Motherhouse - Friday, December 15 - 8:00 a.m.-10:30 a.m. You will need an SUV or mini Van with the back row completely stowed or removed so the loading surface is flat.
Collect Tuxedo Shirts after the Chorus Concert - Monday, May 6th - after the Spring Chorus Concert at GHMS.
Transport instruments to the Peoria County Courthouse - Wednesday, May 8th - 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. You will need an SUV or mini Van with the back row completely stowed or removed so the loading surface is flat.
Purchase cookies and drinks for Music Department Awards Night. I will give you a count of items to buy from someplace like Sams, COSTCO, Wal-Mart, etc. Everything will need to be at GHMS by Thursday, May 9th at 6:00 p.m.
