The Bell Fitness Challenge is to be active outside of school for a minimum of 30 minutes at least 4 days a week. We are asking you to participate in a cardiovascular activity. Some options include: running, soccer, bicycling, basketball, swimming, trampoline, conditioning sessions for team sports. Write your activity and the time completed in your agenda on the month at a glance page in this order: Activity, time frame, parent initials. Record these 3 things on each day you complete an activity.
The Challenge will run through the month of November.
