Ingredients:
- 1/2 head of garlic, diced finely
- 3-4 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1/4 kilo ground pork
- 1/4 kilo ground beef
- cayenne pepper
- chili powder
- black pepper
- 1/2 kilo of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup banana ketchup
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1-2 green bell peppers, chopped
- 1-2 red bell peppers, chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro /wansoy, chopped
- cooking oil

Instructions:
- Saute the garlic, onions and tomatoes in your pot with some cooking oil
- Once onions are translucent, add in ground meat and season with chili powder, cayenne pepper and black pepper
- Once meat has been browned, place contents in a pot (if you didn't fry them in the pot to begin with) and add in the tomato sauce and banana ketchup.
- Bring the solution to a boil and allow it to simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes after boiling.
- Add in the corn, bell peppers and cilantro and allow to simmer for another ten minutes
- Season with salt / pepper / sugar / hot sauce to taste. Personally, I tend to skip this last step.
