Please refer to the Key Dates page for the dates certificates normally arrives at GIS.

It will take several days for the school to organise the certificates and we will make an announcement when they are ready for collection.

For existing GIS students, all certificates are distributed via the form tutors. All candidates must sign for their certificates to indicate they have received them.

For students who have left GIS, please email exams@gardenschool.edu.my to arrange collection of certificates.

Certificate Courier Service (CCS)

Should you not be in a position to collect your examination certificate(s) then you can opt for the CCA service provided by GIS.

Should you opt for this service we will courier your certificate(s) to you anywhere in the world. If you require this service, please complete the online application form by clicking the big red button below.

Lost Certificates

Please store your certificates in a safe place. If you lose your certificates you may not be able to obtain replacement certificates.

If you do lose your certificates you must contact the exam board directly.

IMPORTANT:

CIE examination certificates will NEVER be replaced!! They will only issue a certified letter stating the results received.

EDEXCEL will replace the certificate but the cost is very high.

The school is required to hold certificates for 12 months only.
