How to Obtain Your Earned College Credit Information

Once your child has completed their course and has successfully earned college credit here is how to obtain a copy of the transcript if needed:

From Adelphi's CCAP office:

 Please note that the CCAP office does not issue transcripts. Students need to log onto the AU website and search for One Stop, from there they can follow the prompts to order transcripts. All the students this year had an opportunity to register for an AU account when they registered for class. From that account they can check to see what classes they are enrolled in and order transcripts. The invitation to create an account was in the email that was sent to them when they first enrolled. It is similar to how you set up your account. If they have any problem I encourage them to contact the helpdesk at helpdesk@adelphi.edu or 516-877-3340.
