I've been involved in seabird research for the past decade and am currently working on seabird conservation, offshore wind energy development, and ecosystem-based fisheries management in the mid-Atlantic United States. My ongoing research projects include evaluating spatial and disease ecology of yellow-legged gulls in the Mediterranean Sea, assessing movements and habitat connectivity of multiple sea duck species across North America, and Brown Pelican reproductive ecology in the northern Gulf of Mexico. I've also worked in Panama, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Scotland, Maine, California, Oregon, Massachusetts, and the Florida Everglades.

Here's a fulmar chick!
