Blair Sullivan

My name is Blair Sullivan, and I am looking forward to a fantastic 2023-2024 school year. I will be teaching 5th grade science and social studies. This will be my seventh year teaching, and my third year at McSpedden. 

I moved from Midland, where I spent 4 years teaching upper elementary and middle school science. 

I graduated from Texas Tech University in 2015 with a Bachelor's Degree in Geophysics. In 2017 I graduated from The University of Texas of the Permian Basin with a Master's in Geology. Prior to my career in education, I worked in Finance and the Oil & Gas industry. I began my second masters last year at Texas Tech, studying Curriculum and Instruction with a STEM focus.  

Teaching has brought me such joy, and I aim to provide students with enriching experiences and opportunities in the classroom. My goal is to foster a love of learning and questioning within each of my students. I am looking forward to a great year of learning alongside your students!
