Science 20 is a five (5) credit course.

Pre-requisite: 50% in Science 10

Textbook: Science 20 is the textbook chosen for the course and will be the main resource.

Evaluation: your mark is calculated as follows

Summative Assessments Formative Assessments

Final Exam 30%

Total 100%

It is the school policy that unit exams are secured. Students have the opportunity to review the exams in school.

**Students who achieve a Term Mark of 70% and qualify for Miss School Miss Out may choose to exempt the Final Exam. **

Supplies: Binder and loose-leaf, HB pencils and an eraser, scientific calculator.

Extra Help: Is available during Tutorial block, and sometimes after school.
