Nucleic Acid Extraction:
Our expertise extends to nucleic acid extraction, both manual and automated, utilizing state-of-the-art platforms like QIAsymphony, Maxwell RSC 48, and Biomek FXP. We extract genomic DNA (gDNA), circulating cell-free DNA (ccfDNA), and RNA from a variety of sources, including:
- Plasma
- Serum
- Buffy coat
- Fresh frozen tissue
- Saliva
- FFPE tissue slides/scrolls
Quantification and Viability Assessment:
We employ advanced techniques for nucleic acid quantification and fragment size analysis using instruments such as Qubit, Fluoroskan, qPCR, 2100 Bioanalyzer, and 4200 TapeStation. Cellular quantification and viability assessments are carried out with precision using LUNA FL.
Validated NGS Panels:
Mustafa Lab Technologies offers a comprehensive range of validated Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) panels, including:
- 350-gene pan-cancer panel
- 110-gene lymphoid malignancy panel
