We want all our attendees and members to be healthy and safe. TCMPC holds the health and safety of its members, partners, and visitors as its top priority when hosting in-person events. We strive to lead the way to student success, and our commitment to creating a safe environment comes first.

TCMPC will abide by city, county, and state health and safety orders in which the event is taking place, as well as take precautions to protect those in attendance.

The number one priority of the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center (HBGCC) is the health and safety of its guests, employees, and partners. Physical Distancing

During TEKSCon 2024, TCMPC will be limiting the number of attendees per session room. However, there will be some spaces in which physical distancing is not possible. When physical distancing is not possible, choose another session, use flexible space in the area to distance yourself from other attendees, or proceed according to your own comfort level.
