With regards to the proposed testing method: an accelerometer may not be capable of picking up the small fluctuations in acceleration due to small forces at a distance. Perhaps something simple like a camera mounted onto the dummy microscope. A recording could serve as a more intuitive way of observing the impacts of vibrations.
Response: this could serve as a good supplementary test to conduct in conjunction with the accelerometer + FFT. Since the accelerometer method is nearly done being set up it would be a waste to discard it.
Stay on top of TPA (linear slide vendor.) Make sure they get the ordered items shipped. Push for expediting the shipping due to the inconvenience and headaches they caused.
Response: the issue has been resolved, the slides are scheduled to be delivered this Friday.

Comments made after design review presentation (2/28/2019)
The analysis made to determine the natural frequency of the beam above the isolator isn't that helpful. You should be concerned with the natural frequencies of the beams below the isolators.
Response: this is a good point. We should be concerning ourselves with the resonance below the actual isolators, not above. The calculations will be redone.

Big picture on main page of final cad render, start with a picture, not a block of text - have to capture attention!
Response: this is a good point, we're planning on having a photo of the completed design once we finish manufacturing and assembly.
The intro should give a bit more detail on what brain imaging is and its importance.
Response: home page has been updated to reflect this.
Webpage should include why it’s important for the cantilever microscope to be vibration-free somewhere.
Response: very true, the home page has been updated to explicitly address why it is necessary to isolate vibrations
Risks and Areas of Concern
We very recently learned that the lead time on the Newport CM-225 isolators has been extended until the 19th. We are meeting with our sponsor a second time this week to discuss our options moving forward.
Resources or Information Required but not Available
None at this time.
Schedule
Build bridge structure.
Update Gantt chart.
Budget (list amount spent and amount remaining)
The sponsor is aware of our budgetary situation and is not very concerned with the overage.
Spent: $2807.86
Remaining: -$1207.86
Progress on Report and Webpage
Taking classmates feedback and polishing both the website and report based on those. Continuously updating both.
