Meeting with Jae Kim on 6/1/17:
Jae likes the sturdiness of the ramp
Wants the hinges to move smoother
Make the ramp look cleaner and more aesthetically pleasing
will smooth out sharp corners
Have the cover enclose the entire ramp but leave the hinges accessible
Laryngoscope blade looks great and has good visualization and tracks well
Tunnel is still a little wide; taper the entrance for easier removal from mouth and prevent it from getting caught in the lip
Final Design Review Presentation scheduled for Thursday, June 8th at 3 PM

Tested out the adjustment process on ramp - (Dr. T, Dr. Silberman, Pedro)
noticed it was easier to lower the ramp than raise it
Dr. S suggested having doctors and nurses test it out and record their feedback
Asked about quotes for injection molding
Ramp cover - have it fully enclose the ramp using a ziploc bag method, drawstring bag method, elastic
Ask sponsors what kind of adhesives would be allowed in the hospital to adhere neoprene to polycarbonate - Dr. T
Print slightly different sized blades for testing - Dr. S

Risks and Areas of Concern
Hinges are difficult to move still
Can be fixed by taking apart the hinge and removing springs from the inside but due to multiple attempts at undoing the screw, it is starting to strip
Other option is adding lubricant
