Description:
Reactor is made from common oil steel drum (varying size from 15-55 gallon depending upon specific needs)
Gas piping is steel with polyurethane and necessary fittings and connections to extend to desired length to propane tank
This will be different in the field as biogas instead of propane tank will be used
Tayama Gas Burner was taken apart and the stainless steel circular burner was used
Arduino Uno microcontroller in-line with MAXIM 31855 conditioning board was used to condition the thermocouple (type K) data into readable degrees celsius
Rocket stove was created via a falsebottom insertion 1/3 up from bottom of steel drum, this insures full combustion of fuel before contact with feedstock
Falsebottom was made from typical steel wire mesh
Chimney is common metal piping (either square or circular will be satisfactory) with simple bracket and nail to secure to steel drum lid
