Most verb tenses work with adverb clauses, but never use the future tense in an adverb clause. Use the present inside the adverb class when you describe future actions.
Before I dance tonight, I will finish my homework.
Before I go to bed, I brush my teeth.
Before going to bed, I brush my teeth.
