March 18: GIFT (Group ICA of fMRI Toolbox)
GIFT is a Matlab toolbox for performing task-related ICA analysis. GIFT requires SPM5 or SPM8. GiftTutorial_DP.docx takes the reader step-by-step through setting up, running and reviewing the ICA analysis. Screenshots in this tutorial were generated on Mac OSX Lion using GroupICATv2.0e. Other information is available in the official documentation, with which this tutorial overlaps.
