As I mentioned at the meeting, DTI diffusion directions (and strengths) on the Skyra can be specified by the user by supplying a custom diffusion vector file (attached). This one happens to have 46 directions (although the first 5 are used to collect b=0 images). All of the vectors are in (x,y,z) format and the magnitude of the vector should multiply the b-value you selected on the console (if it is 1.0 you should get the b-value you selected). You don't have to put all of the b=0 at the front. Some people like to intersperse b=0 images throughout the scan so that head motion can be better evaluated all the way through.
