In Year 10 Geography, my class learnt about 'Urbanisation' and the geographical processes that fall under it. After learning about how urbanisation affects our community, our teacher (Mrs Callaghan) allowed us to use Minecraft to create an urban community.

Personally for me, playing Minecraft was a new experience. It was my first time playing and so I was hesitant at first that I wouldn't be able to contribute to the community. Luckily for me, I wasn't the only first-timer and so as a class we worked together to build a sustainable community.

Minecraft provided a great platform for our class to work on. It was fun to play and I liked the wide variety of material that were applicable to use. I really enjoyed being able to play with friends. I would definitely recommend Minecraft to my friends and others. The overall experience was great and I will always remember this as a prime memory of High School
