Task 1: Guided Inquiry

You will want to view the embedded videos, click on the images with icons and do the interactive activities to help you gain an understanding of the parts of a computer. As you read, be sure to add definitions to your AI2 Student Portfolio- Concepts and Vocabulary page. When you reach the bottom of each page, be sure to click 'Continue.' When you finish reading about 'Mobile Apps' on the 'Computer Basics: Understanding Applications' page, you are finished.
Task 2: Reflection Blog
Now that you have defined your vocab, go to your Reflection Blog to the entry "What is a Computer? Hardware vs. Software, Input vs. Output." Further explain the difference between hardware and software and input and output. Be sure to give examples of each.Â
