Who is Mrs. Bailey?

Mrs. Bailey moved from Higganum, Connecticut, to Green Lake, Dedham, Maine, in July of 2006, with her husband Bob and

three children. While in Connecticut, Mrs. Bailey was a Teaching and Library Media Assistant at John Lyman School in

Middlefield, CT., a job she enjoyed for eight years. She started her library career as Youth Library Services Coordinator and

Assistant Director of the Brainerd Public Library in Haddam, CT.

She earned a BA Degree from Eastern Connecticut State University, (Psychology and Child Development) and in 2005

earned her L.T.A (ILS) Certificate from the University of Maine Augusta. She is certified as a Common Sense

Media Educator teaching digital citizenship to Dedham School students.

She loves her job at Dedham Elementary School and considers herself very lucky to be here. She would like to extend an

open invitation to all parents to stop by the Library or the Computer Lab anytime. You are always welcome. If you have
