Challenge Program Applications for the 2026-2027 School Year (Links will open November 3, 2025)

Each student must have one educator referral as part of the application process. We highly recommend you ask a teacher in person and follow up by sending a handwritten thank-you note. It's also a good idea to give them plenty of time to complete the referral.

Hard Copy (Preferred Method)

Hard copies of the application in Spanish and English will be handed out at the Information Meetings on November 3 and 4, and available at OMMS or through elementary GT teachers for those who can not attend. Hard copies must be submitted to Orchard Mesa Middle School.

Electronic forms are provided below. Electronic forms (Parts 1, 2, and 3) must be completed and submitted by the appropriate person before the deadline. Once submitted, you will receive an email allowing you to edit your submission.
