Transcripts-Current Students

We will not send transcripts until after August 30. This allows all summer school courses and schedule changes to be listed accurately. Since your senior schedule is printed on your transcript, if you send your transcript to a college, and then make a change, you will need to notify all schools. All colleges must treat students equally in admissions, through October 15.

When applying to colleges there will be a few basic ways you could send your transcript. The process is outlined below:

Common Application-If you are applying to a school using the Common App, your counselor will upload your transcript into the portal. Be sure you correctly enter your counselor’s information into the Common Application. You will NOT need to complete a request in Career Cruising or on paper.

SENDedu-If you are applying to a school and they request you use SENDedu, your counselor will upload your transcript into the portal. Be sure you correctly enter your counselor’s information into SENDedu. You will NOT need to complete a request in Career Cruising or on paper.

Self-Reported Academic Record (SRAR)-Many schools have moved toward students self-reporting their transcript. This allows for faster processing time during the application period. If you are self-reporting a transcript, you will not need to complete a request in Career Cruising or on paper. It is important that you accurately report your grades. Misrepresenting your academic standing is cause for a school to rescind an acceptance.

Naviance: This will take the place of Career Cruising. Information will be sent to all seniors in August on how to use Naviance for college searches and transcript requests.

This will send your request to the Registrar who will upload your transcript to the selected school. Please remember that it may take up to three weeks for the college or university to process your transcript. You do NOT need to complete a paper request.

Scholarships or Other Locations Not Covered by the Above Methods-If you need to send an Official Transcript to a scholarship committee, a school not covered by one of the above methods, the military, an employer, or some other location you will need to complete a paper request form and submit it to the College and Career Readiness Office. Unofficial Transcripts-If you need an unofficial transcript for insurance or other purposes, during most of the year these can be accessed through Home Access Center (HAC). During the times when HAC is closed or for some reason inaccessible please complete a Current Student Transcript Request Form and submit this to the College and Career Readiness Office.


Transcripts-Alumni

Alumni needing transcripts must complete a Former Student Transcript Request Form. These are available by clicking on the link below.

There is a $5 charge per transcript requested.

All transcript requests must include the former student's signature.
