For College Reps

For the 2024-2025 school year, we are scheduling both in-person and virtual visits from college representatives. 

Thank you for considering St. Charles North High School as a location for one of your visits.  We believe the information you provide and the time you spend with our students is valuable.  We hope that all of the information you need is included on this page.  If you have further questions please contact Kathy McCoy at 331-228-6603 or kathy.mccoy@d303.org.

We host both fall and spring visits, and we welcome reps five days a week.  All visits are based on our class schedule and are 47 minutes.  We have space in the Cafeteria Foyer specifically designated to college rep visits, but at times we may need to move you to an alternate space.

To schedule a visit please access our calendar electronically through RepVisits.  Once you create an account, you will search St. Charles North High School and find a time that suits you.  If you would like to send a poster announcing your visit please feel free to do so.  We market your visit through a variety of emails, announcements, posters, etc.  All of our students  are asked to sign up on Naviance and in the College and Career Readiness Office to receive a pass prior to your arrival.

We are located at 255 Red Gate Road in St. Charles at the intersection with Route 31.  Visitor parking is located on the north side of the main lot in front of the building.  Enter through the main entrance near the flagpole (Door 4).  You will be greeted at the security portal when you enter.  Please have a driver's license or similar form of identification.  You will be directed to the Office of College and Career Readiness and someone will escort your to your location.
