Welcome to the Counseling Corner

Dear Families,

Welcome to the Counseling Corner, where you will find information and resources on social/emotional learning and wellness. I want to introduce myself and my role here at school, I am Julie Fisher, the School Counselor. I have had the pleasure of working in the district for 19 years and have a Master of Arts in Counseling and a PPS Credential. I work at Proctor and Palomares Elementary Schools.  I have the privilege of working closely to support many of our families through Case Management, support our students through classroom guidance lessons, Friendship Groups (small counseling groups), and individual counseling. I also collaborate with school staff and families in order to best meet the needs of students. I am excited to have the opportunity to work with your child and look forward to partnering with you to help support their academic and social/emotional development and success.
