Below is a list of A Little Spot books in different SEL categories which you can use to teach a variety of SEL skills by using the books. They're a great SEL resource! Also below is information on how to set up a Calm Corner in your office or classroom as a safe space where students can practice calming strategies and improve self-regulation.
Bonus: Consider adding a "task" like running an errand, high fiving 3 hand prints on the wall, finding 4 blue things on their walk, etc.
