Classroom Expectations

It is expected that all students are responsible for their own behaviors and the consequences for their behaviors. Personal responsibility for behavior helps to provide a safe, respectful and positive learning environment in the classroom and on the play yard. It also teaches responsibility and self-control.

Classroom Rules

1. Listen carefully.

2. Follow Directions.

3. Work quietly. Do not disturb others who are working.

4. Respect others. Be kind with your words and actions.

5. Respect school and personal property.

6. Work and play safely.

Consequences

1. First Offense – Warning

2. Second Offense –Parent email

3. Third Offense –Principal Intervention and/or Parent conference

4. Unsigned white slip and/or unfinished work-loss of Friday free play

Physical and Bullying offenses are not tolerated and we have a zero tolerance at Stocklmeir. The classroom teacher and the principal will work with the student(s) to determine the consequences for serious behavioral issues. Parents will be notified directly about serious discipline issues.
