If you are looking for a place to buy musical supplies, rent instruments, buy instruments and service all of your musical needs, the following stores are local and have helped Hyde students in the past.
Canon Music (Bollinger and Blaney)--they are good for accessories but don't have many rentals, West Valley Music (they are probably the best for rentals and purchasing instruments), Music Village (San Jose), Peninsula Music and Supply, and Park Avenue Music. The Guitar Center (Stevens Creek and San Thomas) has percussion materials (so do the other stores listed).
