School Facility Usage by School Staff, PTO, or Outside Organizations
Kids Klub enrollment numbers on campuses vary. We utilize spaces appropriate for the number and size of groups. If you, or an organization that has approval to use the school facility, needs to use spaces typically occupied by Kids Klub, please contact us at kidsklub@csisd.org at least 10 days prior to a need for the space.
Outside organizations must obtain permission to use school facilities through the school principal or other designated person.
Need to keep a student after school?
Please provide a written note with the following information to our site staff.

Room Number
Grade
Your Phone Number (in case of emergency)
Date
Time
Expected Time of Return
*Students are expected to return to Kids Klub by 4pm (elementary) or 4:30 (intermediate).
Registration Information for CSISD Employees
Kids Klub Afterschool prioritizes enrollments for CSISD employees. In order to qualify, CSISD staff must:
Enroll during the designated priority enrollment period each year
Provide the CSISD staff's name and department when filling out the child's contract information during registration.
CSISD staff will receive a discounted rate of 10% off the current monthly rate for the afterschool program. This applies only to the children the employee has legal guardianship over and does not apply to employee grandchildren, nephews/nieces, cousins, etc.
CSISD employment status will be verified with the Human Resources Department prior to issuing your first invoice. If your employment status with CSISD changes, you must notify us prior to the next invoice date.
Please note this information does not pertain to Summer Day Camp, as we do not offer priority or reduced tuition for camp.
