Videos to explain steps in the Constellation process.

Ricardo Walters used his mobile phone to record his facilitation of 'Building the Dream' in a Constellation learning event in Uganda. But he did not record a video of the facilitation (which would have been a long video) but he used an application on his phone to record a set of still photographs at a fixed rate. The final result is then produced as a video based on a chosen frame rate from the set of still photographs. Ricardo has then added a music background and a text based commentary based that explains the facilitation. The end result is a short video that is an excellent introduction both to the dream and the facilitation of the dream.
