The Crisis Text line is available 24 hours a day.  When you text, a live, trained Crisis Counselor receives the text message and will respond by asking the nature of your crisis. The Crisis Counselor will help you move from a hot moment to a cool moment, to stay safe and healthy, using active listening and suggesting referrals - all through text message, using Crisis Text Line's secure platform.
