Please check your child's planner and binder (or organizational tool of their choice) for work completed during math class. Most work completed in class is sent home with students. We plan to use the last 15 minutes of each class period to record in our planner and allow time to organize work for take home. 

I do try to have quizzes every 2 - 3 weeks but this varies depending on the students progress and acquisition of skills.  I will post upcoming tests, one week in advance. Students will never be surprised by upcoming tests.  But I have been known to have a spontaneous pop quiz for minimal points (for task completion), to monitor how students are doing and learn how I can better adjust lessons to the unique needs of all of my math students.

I understand that all students do not learn in the same way or within the same time frame. My goal is to make all students feel successful in their learning.
