Description of class

Academic Core Essentials (ACE) - ACE is a direct-instruction diploma-bound program.

Ace Algebra CD is the second half of the ACE Algebra AB course. This course covers the algebra foundational skills that meet the requirements for graduation from California high schools. Upon passing the ACE Algebra AB and Algebra CD curriculum, students will have completed the requirements to continue on to the ACE Geometry Math course.

Upon passing the ACE Foundations AB/CD and ACE Geometry of Math curriculum students will be able to apply for enrollment at a community college and will be eligible to be considered for finacial aide programs.

Homework:

Homework will be assigned weekly based on current skills and IEP goals.

Delta Math Grading Scale:

10 points for each assignment completed with 70% or greater accuracy.

70.0% - 100% = 10 points

50.0% - 69.9% = 8 points

20.0% - 49.9% = 5 points

Less than 20.0% or an incomplete assignment = 0 points

Delta Math can be completed late. Email teacher if you would like the problems reset if you scored under 50% and would like a 2nd look.
