Hello and thank you for visiting my page.
My name is Stephanie Poitras. I have worked for the district for 19 years. This is my 9th year at Buchanan High School. This year I will be teaching ACE Algebra CD, ACE Math Foundation 2, Vocational Math, and Financial Math Study Skills.
I love my job and working with all our Buchanan Bears.
When not at school, I love spending time with my family. My husband and I love to travel, relax in our backyard, and get away to Bass Lake. We love exploring new places and events in our community.
I am excited about this school year and can't wait to work with all the students.

I do not respond to parent emails or phone calls while I am instructing students. Email is the best form of communication so I can call you back when I am not working with students. My goal is to answer all emails during school hours Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
I try to respect my family time. I will respond to correspondence sent after working hours on the next following school day.
