FitnessGram Testing:
All PE classes take part in and complete the Presidential Youth Fitness Testing. We use the FitnessGram testing model here at CL to assess all student levels of fitness in each of the health related fitness components. After the testing has been completed, students are presented with a detailed report on their results. Any student who is able to achieve scores in their healthy fitness zones for each of the tests will be rewarded with the Presidential Youth Fitness Award at the end of the school year.
