Math

Math is 90 minutes of our day. Math includes a warm-up, where we look at all aspects of the number of the day. A mini-lesson introduces or reinforces skills taught. Then students rotate in stations, where they participate in technology, independent work, tub activities (which reinforce skills in class) and the teacher table, where we reteach skills. Math is one of their favorite parts of the day.
