Physical Education 78th Block

Students will be sent an "assignment" each day and will be responsible to complete a Google Form to verify that they have completed the day's work. Most assignments will be a body weight workout, but some may have a video lesson with a written explanation in which a Google form will have to be completed. If a student is sick or is physically unable to complete the assigment given (due to injury or someother reason) a written/slides assignment can be given in it's place. Each student will have 24 hours to complete the assignment (assigned Monday morning, it must be completed by the next morning on Tuesday). I will try to stay consistent on giving out the work at the same time of the day. Please reach out if there are any questions or concerns.
