COURSE INFORMATION
"When you cheat on your exercises, you are cheating on nobody but yourself"
Everything that we are doing in Physical Education has a purpose and is beneficial to your body. I will not ask you to do something that can cause harm to your body in a negative manner. Always remember that!
CLASSES
Our classes all follow the same format.
We begin with the warm-up. The purpose of the warm-up is to prevent injury as well as loosen up the body.
Following the warm-up, we get right into our lesson. This will vary by grade. The lesson will come from a sport or a fitness activity.
After the lesson, we will do a reflection on that day's activity.
