ROCKS Program
What is the ROCKS Program?
The ROCKS Program is Armstrong's Multi-Tiered Support System (MTSS) and School-Wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports System (PBIS). The ROCKS Program provides assistance for students who need extra support in social- emotional, behavior, and academic areas of schools.
Behavioral, academic, social-emotional data is observed to determine what level of intervention a student needs.
Students in the Tier 3 category will have intensive, individualized intervention to provide support.
Students who hit Tier 2 will have targeted intervention for specific need areas.
All students receive Tier 1 intervention, which is universal, core instruction.
