Neil A. Armstrong National Junior Honor Society
What is it?
The ANJHS is an elite group of students who are exemplary in the areas of scholarship, citizenship, character, leadership, and the pursuit of knowledge, as evidenced by their academic and personal accomplishments and pursuits. Members of the Neil A. Armstrong National Junior Honor Society chapter work together to represent and to support our school, and our surrounding community with pride.
How Do I Get Invited TO APPLY?
You are an Armstrong student in grade 7 or 8.
You have a 90% rolling cumulative G.P.A. for marking periods 1 and 2 for your current school year.
You have earned all passing grades in every class for both the first and second marking period grades.
You have scored proficient or advanced on one or more of your 2022 ELA and/or MATH PSSA’s, and/or on your Edmentum Winter Diagnostic tests taken in the current 2022-23 school year.
You have maintained a clean behavior record throughout these two marking periods and during the application process. NOTE: Any school suspension after being inducted will result in immediate dismissal.
