Microsoft changed the login to Exchange and the 'About' button is gone. So you can't retrieve your logon server.
I figured out how Microsoft does it today (29-03-2013) and configured my Outlook 2010 manually. I suspect it also works for Outlook 2013 but I'll try that later.
For this you need to go to https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/ and go to the Office 365 tab. Then select 'Outlook anywhere (RPC over HTTP) in the Microsoft Office Outlook Connectivity Tests.
Fill in your credentials and perform the connectivity test.
Its also a check if the autodiscover dns records are set correct.
If the connectivity test has a positive result you can find your mailbox server and proxy server on the following lines.
you use the RPC proxy server in the advanced connection settings of Outlook
and the other server with the long number account name as the mailbox server.
you can follow the procedure from Daniel Yu as of step 2 to create your Outlook profile.
good luck!
The RPC proxy is now named: outlook.office365.com
So you only need to find your Exchange Information store.
In your Outlook client account settings you fill in the Microsoft Exchange Proxy Settings in the Connection tab as in the picture.
