Registration

In order to attend and participate in the conference program, you MUST formally register for the conference. 
If you need a letter of invitation to obtain a visa, the program co-chairs will send you such a letter upon request once you have registered for the conference.

Author Registration Requirement for Including Accepted Papers in the Program

Each accepted paper or poster must have at least one author registered with a full regular registration by February 16, 2015, in order for the paper or poster to be included in the conference. If the only author registering for the conference is a student, the registration must be a full regular registration. Additional authors can register as regular or student (with a proof of student status). 

If you are the first author of more than one accepted papers, you need to register as an author only once and able to register up to two full-paper and one short paper (as long as you are the first author).  Anything beyond that will require another full registration.

    • Author after February 16, extend to March 10.   Start March 10, a regular rate will be applied
  • Early-Bird Registration (By March 1)
    • Regular - $495
    • Student - $295 (Students must provide documentation of student status to obtain the student discount code)
  • Early Registration (By April 3)
    • Regular - $525
    • Student - $325 (Students must provide documentation of student status to obtain the student discount code)
  • Standard Registration (By May 3)
    • Regular - $595
    • Student - $395 (Students must provide documentation of student status to obtain the student discount code)
  • Late/On-Site Registration
    • Regular - $695
    • Student - $495 (Students must provide documentation of student status, e.g. Student ID)
  • One-Day Registration (Excludes reception ticket)
    • Regular - $250
    • Student - $150 (Students must provide documentation of student status, e.g. Student ID)
  • Additional Dining Tickets - Full regular/student registration includes all social events. Extra social event tickets (for family, partners, etc.) are available. You can make a separate payment for these if you wish and it can be added at a latter time.
    • Extra Lunch Ticket (one day) - $40
    • Extra Opening Reception Ticket - $100

Payment Instructions

Payment can be made via RegOnline Registration website (preferred), bank transfer, or check drawn on a US bank. Paying for multiple registrations in a single payment is possible via RegOnline multiple attendee option. In all cases you'll receive an email confirming when payment has been processed.   If you wish to complete the payment using bank transfer or check, please email the FLAIRS-28 Conference Chair, Chutima Boonthum-Denecke . (chutima(dot)boonthum(at)gmail(dot)com. ) to request the instruction.   Please include "FLAIRS-28 Registration Payment" in the subject line.   Note that, there will be an additional $30 processing fee for bank transfers.

For Student Registrations, Students must provide proof of student status. Documentation (student ID and university current semester registration and/or letter of faculty advisor or department chair) should be provided via email or fax to the FLAIRS-28 Conference Chair, Chutima Boonthum-Denecke . (chutima(dot)boonthum(at)gmail(dot)com. ) Documents attached to email should be in PDF format. Please include "FLAIRS-28 Student Registration" in the subject line. Refund Policy

There will be NO REFUND for Author Registration.

The deadline for refund requests is April 13, 2015.  All refund requests must be made in writing to the FLAIRS-28 Conference Chair, Chutima Boonthum-Denecke . (chutima(dot)boonthum(at)gmail(dot)com. ).   
A $75 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds.  

There will be NO REFUND after April 13, 2015.
