The Conference Hotel is Diplomat Resort and Spa (3555 South Ocean Drive, Hollywood, FL 33019 ~ USA).  FLAIRS-28 has arranged conference rates ($199 per night, excluding tax) for a block of rooms with the hotel.  Additional $20 per night for an ocean-front room.  Conference blocked rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis until that category of the block is filled.  This room rate include complimentary standard wireless/wired guestroom internet (valued at $12.95 per 24 hours). 

The resort will provide upgrades at a discounted group rate from May 16-21, 2015, based on availability. Please call the Group Reservations number for an room upgrade.

           One-Bedroom Suite:     $100.00 additional per room, per night

           Grand Deluxe:                 $20.00 additional per room, per night

Check in is after 4PM   and   Checkout is by 12PM (noon)

Room rates are guaranteed until the cutoff date of Friday, April 17, 2015

Note that the hotel has self-parking at a discounted rate of $15.00 per 24 hours.   Valet parking will be at prevailing rates. 

Location, Travel

FLAIRS-28 will be held in Hollywood, FL.  Most attendees will fly to either Miami International Airport (MIA) or Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL).  MIA is 22 miles from the Diplomat Resort & Spa; FLL is 15 miles from the hotel.
