Upload contacts into a personal account

  1. Open your Google Takeout archive

  2. Sign in to your personal Gmail account.

    1. At the top-left corner, click Gmail > Contacts (or click here to go directly to your contacts).

    1. In the left sidebar, click More and then Import

    2. If you see a dialog Import from old Google Contacts?, click Go to old contacts

    3. The old contacts interface should load. Click Import Contacts…

    4. Click Choose File.

    5. Find your Takeout archive, most likely in the Downloads Folder, then select the file in the Contacts folder called All Contacts.csv.

    6. Click Open.

    7. Click Import.
