Parents,
As we want to try and get the students on the snow either this week or next week, we need you to complete the Nashoba waivers and season pass process immediately. Note that Nashoba has introduced an online more streamlined process this year compared to the paper waivers from previous years. The steps are outlined in detail below, please follow and be sure to complete the final step by completing the Google Form.
Note: Not all students have been accepted onto the team yet as we still need to assess their skiing ability before we can ask their parents to invest in a season pass. Please do not share this information with fellow students and families.
Step 1: Please visit the following Nashoba website https://shop.skinashoba.com/groups/details?gc=2026BelmontHighRace
Step 2: Click the “Continue to register” button.
Step 3: Enter the racers details and parent information (if you have multiple racers you will be able to add the second student at a later stage). Once complete, click the “Continue” button.
Step 4: If you need to add another racer select “Register Another Person”, otherwise click “Continue to Checkout” to proceed to Step 5.
Step 5: Sign both the Race waiver and the Season pass waiver as indicated. to complete the necessary waivers (Season pass and Race), Once the waivers are complete, you will proceed to the checkout.
Step 6: Complete the checkout process and click the “Place Order” button.
Step 7: At the Confirmation window where the order barcode is displayed, select the “My Account” option from the top.
Step 8: Enter your email address (the same email address you used during the checkout process). Then click the “Send Registration Email” button.
Step 9: Go to your email inbox and find the email with the subject “Nashoba Valley Ski Area Password Reset”. Click the link in the email and enter a password for your account, reenter the same password to confirm and then click the “Update” button.
Step 10: In the account you should now see at least 1 season pass listed in the Upcoming Visits (as shown below). Click the “Season Passes“ tab.
Step 11: For each racer student pass, click the “Choose File” button and select a JPG or PNG photo file of the student head shot. Once selected, the photo will display. Click the “Upload new photo” button to complete the photo upload process.
Step 12: Once you have completed these previous steps, please complete the following Google Form https://forms.gle/XN6AYBPmqMkwddmVA so that we can track who has completed the process.
Waivers: The race and season pass waivers must be signed prior to checkout.
Photo Upload: The photo upload happens after checkout, not before. After completing your purchase, you must go back to your My Account page to upload your athletes picture. To upload a photo, please visit: https://shop.skinashoba.com/account. The first time you visit your My Account page, you will need to enter the email address used for the pass purchase and click "Forgot Password" to set up your login.
Roster Requirement: This portal is open only to athletes who appear on the team's final active roster. Any unauthorized passes sold through this portal will be canceled immediately.
