These courses consist of a small group of students who work with me 30 minutes, once a week, for 6 weeks on improving a specific skill. The current mini-course offerings are listed below.

  • Organization
    • This course will focus first on discovering what it is about yourself that makes organization a struggle. Then we will delve into 4 main areas of organization.
      • 1. Keeping your backpack, locker, desk, and papers organized.
      • 2. Organizing your Google Drive.
      • 3. Using Google Keep (not just typing in your assignments, but actually checking it!)
      • 4. Prioritizing your time.
  • Coping Skills through Yoga
    • This course will focus on different yoga moves we can use at home and in school to help our bodies calm down and manage our emotions.
