As I type this email, Patriot parents and kids are busily getting ready for the FHSBOPO Bingo, one of our biggest fundraisers of the year. We are very grateful for the hard work of everyone involved with the Bingo and hope it will be a huge success.
We want to wish Ian, Max, Benett, and Julius the best of luck as they represent Freedom in the District 10 Band festival this week at Twin Valley High School. They will be gone Thursday through Saturday at the festival. While there, they will be trying out for the next level of competition, Region Band, which is one level right before All-States. Good luck Pates! We know you will represent Freedom well!
This Friday the band will be attending a field trip to Zoellner Arts Center to see a performance of the group, Sanjaru, a Korean folk swing band. Click the link to check them out. We will leave at 9 and return around 11:30am. Students please check with your teachers about any missed work for that day and let me know if you will not be going.
