Game day info:
Date? - Friday, Sept. 25
Who? - HOME against Dieruff HS
Where? - at BASD Stadium
When? - report time is 5:45pm. Game starts at 7:00pm
Shows? - pregame and halftime. Dieruff will go on first at halftime and we will go on 2nd. Halftime will be extended an extra 5 minutes to reintroduce the homecoming court.

Details:
Arrive at 5:45pm in the front of LIBERTY HS FULLY dressed. We will let you know via the BAND app if you need to bring raincoats.
Large instruments will be trucked over from Freedom. Flutes and clarinets, bring your instruments. Large instruments will be placed on the loading dock after Friday's band class.
Parents, Please drop your son/daughter off on Linden Street. DO NOT DRIVE INTO THE BUS CHANNEL. MORE THAN LIKELY DIERUFF'S BUSSES WILL ALREADY BE THERE AND YOU WILL HAVE TO BACK OUT TO EXIT.
Band members will be allowed to get food during the 3rd quarter so bring money if you wish to do that.
Parents, please plan to pick your son/daughter up between 9:00 and 9:30pm in front of Liberty.

Great job to the band for their best halftime performance to date. The team may not have won, but I think we won over the home crowd. The items we worked on showed definite improvement from the previous week, both musically and visually. Well done band!
We have a busy week this week despite having Monday off. Friday is homecoming. The homecoming court will be announced before the band does our pregame show and then reintroduced after our halftime show. We will be adding a little to our halftime show for the homecoming court. Details are listed above.
Also this week is the band's first parade performance. The Celtic Classic Parade is Saturday. We will report to the Bethlehem City Hall at 10 E Church St, Bethlehem, PA 18018 at 10:45am to get our instruments. We will then form the parade block on Wall Street. The parade starts at 11:30am and we will be done by 12 noon. Parents can pick their son/daughter up down by the Wooden Match. Be mindful the streets will be crowded and traffic will be heavy most likely.
Reminder that all parades and football games are mandatory performances. Missing could affect your grade. If you have missed a performance and it was not due to an illness, you must submit a video of yourself performing a designated piece from either pregame or halftime for you to get the performance credit.
The orchestra is really getting into the groove of rehearsing. Everyday we see and hear improvement from everyone. The string orchestra is busy rehearsing their music for the Holiday Pops concert and the full orchestra has finished reading a ton of music to possibly do for the Winter concerts. It's a real pleasure working with these wonderful musicians!
