We are down to our last free week before band camp begins. Enjoy the time off!

Thank you to everyone who came out and helped with our first band car wash Saturday. The weather was beautiful, we had plenty of generous customers and a decent amount of helpers. At last count, we think we made close to $1400! Great job everyone! Thank you to the band council members who helped run it and transport supplies. Thanks also to the parents who helped out. Let's hope our second car wash in 2 weeks is just as successful.

Thanks to our band council members who came in last week to make instructional videos for the band. These videos on how to do our marching style properly will be made available to everyone very soon. They were done very well and should help anyone who wants extra resources to learn our marching program. Council, we will be coming in early on Wednesday to complete the last of the videos or to do stand tune folios, depending on the weather. Council, please plan to come in at 5 on both Wednesday and Thursday to complete those 2 tasks.

This week, winds, have the halftime show music prepared. Notes and rhythms. Use the audio resources in the band music folder as references to play along to.
