When? - report time is 5:45pm. Game starts at 7:00 noon
Shows? - halftime. We go on 1st at halftime, although this could change

Details:
Arrive at 5:45pm to the front of Liberty HS FULLY dressed, Parents, please do NOT drive into the bus channel. We will let you know via the BAND app if you need to bring raincoats. The band goes to ALL games, rain or shine. If it's raining, bring your raincoat.
Large instruments will be trucked over from Freedom. Flutes and clarinets, bring your instruments with you on the bus. Large instruments will be placed on the loading dock after Thursday's band class, unless you need them if you are in orchestra Friday.
We are the visiting school for this game so WE WILL BE SITTING ON THE VISITING SIDE.
Band members will be allowed to get food during 3rd quarter so bring money if you wish to do that.
Parents, please plan to pick your son/daughter up at 9:30pm in front of Liberty high school. Do NOT drive into the bus channel.
Friday, Oct. 3 - Orchestra/Pate Choir
7:00am - Early morning wind ensemble and Celtic ensemble
9:15am to 11:30am - Orchestra to Zoellner Arts Center to see Sphinx Virtuosi Ensemble
The band did a super job this past weekend with very little field time this week. The pep rally music was strong, both pregame and halftime shows were excellent, the homecoming performance was well done, and I've received nothing but wonderful comments on the parade performance yesterday. I am very proud of all of you!

I forwarded the registration info and form from Mrs. Burkhart for the Philadelphia Parade and overnight trip. Please read the info thoroughly and fill out the registration form. Thank you Mrs. Burkhart on the hard work you did in putting this trip together and keeping the cost down.
I still have a few students that haven't turned in the parade release. I need it NOW. All forms will be emailed to the production company tomorrow. PLEASE GET IT TO ME!
Looking ahead:
The football game next week will be home against Northampton on Friday, October 10. That is also senior recognition night. Senior recognition info was already emailed out. Please let me know if you have any questions.
The Navy/Marine Corps 250th parade in Philly is Monday, October 13 at 11:00am. It will be on ABC, HULU, and Disney +. The full itinerary for the trip was emailed out earlier today.
The orchestra will be playing for the NHS induction on Tuesday, October 14. There will be a pizza party for them at 5:30pm, we start playing at 6:10pm, the ceremony starts at 6:30pm. The orchestra is done by 6:40pm. The attire is black and white semi formal. No jeans, sneakers, t-shirts.
The combined bands rehearsal at Liberty will take place on Tuesday, October 21 at BASD Stadium from 6 to 8PM. The raindate will be Wednesday, October 22 during first block.
The FHS bonfire will be Wednesday, October 22. The band will be playing and all are required to attend. Report time is 6:30pm.
