At Aquarian we strive to be the best learners we can be. Students are encouraged to try their hardest in a well rounded array of subjects. Self awareness, goal setting, and drive are celebrated within the classroom and school wide.
Your Kindergartener will receive exposure to and instruction in: reading, writing, math, science, technology, geography, social studies, history, health, Spanish, music, art, physical education, library, and social emotional learning.
We try new things, fail, and try again. We make discoveries. We problem solve. We create. We succeed. We celebrate.
In order to create a classroom and school environment where all these things are possible, we all need to strive to live up to school expectations.
Our school has a house system with 5 big words to live by.

In our classroom we continue to learn about and work on the 5 Houses. We have a few more words and special things in our room. We have classroom jobs, a S.T.A.R. (Stop, Take a deep breath, And, Relax) area, and STREAM opportunities. Kindergartners are great problem solvers socially and academically.
We work hard to take risks, look for causes and effects, use our imagination, use our logic, and keep trying!
We always have to remember to focus on the process.
