Let's Get to Know Each Other!
Kindergarten Family Meet and Greet
What: We will let the kids play and parents connect. We are asking students to find their teacher and introduce themselves. Their teacher will have a special treat waiting for them.
When: August 25th 3:45-4:15
Where: Aquarian Playground
Kindergarten Academy
What: The Kindergarten students are invited to come test out a session in their Kindergarten Classroom. We are excited to offer an opportunity for children to experience a snapshot of Kindergarten. This will be a child-centered time. Parents are encouraged to leave, but can stay if need be. Kindergartners are welcome to come to one session in order to keep a lower intro class size. Your child may bring a snack, please write their name on it. We are excited to meet our newest Aquarian Students!
When: Monday, August 19th or Tuesday August 20th. Please see me during the Meet and and Greet to sign up for a spot.
Where: Drop off and pick up at your child's Kindergarten classroom
Kindergarten Family Meetings
What: As you know, kindergarten starts a week later than the rest of the school. This allows us to get to know families one at a time. I will contact you about setting up a time to meet. The purpose of the meeting is to get information about your child’s academic and personal needs, as well as your family’s interests. Don’t forget your kiddo!
When: I will call you or email a link to get your family scheduled.
Where: In our classroom
Who: At least 1 parent and the Kindergartener
