IT/Communications - Sharon M. Drop

Sharon Drop is currently serving in her first, two-year term as PTO Board Member for IT/Communications. She previously served as Secretary on the PTO Board of Woodlands Elementary School in Calgary, Alberta (Canada). Sharon holds a B.S. and M.S. in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, PA, and has worked as Research Scientist. She has chaired recent PTO events, such as the Alexandria Township School Spirit Wear Sale, and served in an active role for others, including the 3^rd-grade Moving-up Day, Father/Daughter Dance, Halloween Happenings and Back-to-school Teacher Luncheon. In addition to volunteering at various events at our schools, Sharon is currently a member of the Polyphonic Parents Organization.

Sharon's family consists of her husband, Tasos, and their three children, Ioannis (14), Ariana (12) and Zoe (10).
